TEDxNashville: Mixtape – Every Story Has A Song

Join us for another TedxNashville talk... **Mixtape – Every Story Has A Song**! ABOUT: *Can music bridge the distance between two very different lives?* *In this live experiment, Come Together Music Project founder Shaka Mitchell invites two guests from opposite worlds to answer a series of personal questions — where every answer must be a song.* *As the conversation unfolds, we’ll hear the music, the stories behind it, and the surprising overlaps that emerge along the way. What begins as two distinct playlists slowly becomes a shared soundtrack — revealing how music can connect us across difference, identity, and experience.* *This is more than a talk. It’s part listening party, part social experiment, part TED-style exploration of what unites us when words fall short.* *And because this is TEDxNashville, the audience plays a role too.* *Attendees will receive a prompt to submit their own “song answers” before the event — a few will be featured live, woven into the evening’s dialogue.* COST: $35 - Buy your ticket [here](https://tedxnashville.com/event/tedx-mixtape-john-oates-and-scott-hamilton/)! I have already registered. $10 for TedX members. TIME: The talk starts at 7:00pm inside Analog (2nd floor) at the Hutton Hotel. Let's meet at 6:45pm!
