Teahouse Opening: Introductions & Why We're Building This Circle

Welcome to the opening gathering of the Indianapolis Global Teahouse — a new Saturday-afternoon community for people whose lives, families, or curiosity reach beyond a single country. First- and second-generation Americans, longtime residents with international experience, people from any background who like these conversations. This first gathering is intentionally small and informal. We'll introduce ourselves, share what drew us to the group, and talk a little about what we want this circle to become. Think of it as the first chapter — your voice helps shape it. Agenda: • 12:30 PM — Arrive, settle in with tea or coffee • 12:35 PM — Member introductions (name, where you're connected, one thing you're curious about) • 12:50 PM — Open conversation: what should this circle be? • 1:20 PM — Group share-back and informal exchange • 1:30 PM — Close Cap: 18 members.
