Taste of Kultures Birria/Filipino Pop-Up

We’re so excited to have Taste of Kultures at Miel! This woman-owned pop-up is run by the incredible Jerry Chapman, who’s serving up birria beef and shrimp tacos, empanadas, plus rotating Filipino specials like her homemade lumpia. Jerry draws from her Filipino roots and pours so much heart into every dish. We first tried her tacos at the Lafreniere Farmers Market and were instantly blown away. She’ll be popping up at Miel all month, so don’t miss your chance to come eat something truly special!
