While it offers helpful structure, tarot isn’t meant to be memorized. Reading beyond the guidebook doesn’t mean abandoning it; instead, it becomes a reference rather than a rulebook. When you begin to truly look at the cards, connect with their imagery, and trust what you feel, your readings become more natural and personal.
