Tai Chi Paradigm® Introduction – Beginner Level The Gateway Center at Roger Williams Park (Broad Street entrance) Fridays, 6:30-7:30 PM (fall/winter schedule) An active class that includes a fundamental training program with exercises and practice of integrated Tai Chi movements. Improve balance and coordination, develop stability and strength, and wind down from the busy week. Simple but effective in approach, and suitable for beginners.
