Community Room. Join Tai Chi instructor, Lawrence Kwock, and begin learning a short 7 minute Tai Chi exercise form. Novices and experienced students are welcome to feel the mind and body chi energy connection. Improve your mental focus, body structure and balance. Invest in yourself!
