About this event
This is a beginner-friendly Tai Chi program. Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Also, bring a water bottle! Patrons will be required to complete a waiver before participating. If you cannot attend for any reason, please cancel your registration so we can alert those on the waitlist. Thanks to Michelene Sheppard for leading this program!
