About this event
Taekwondo, a traditional Korean martial arts, teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. It is a way of life that promotes discipline, respect, and self-confidence. Tuesday and Thursday nights, under the direction of instructor Scott Shepard, children and adults will learn proper technique and form.
