About this event
Something old, Something new, Something Funky, Something Blue. Our goal is to demonstrate the history, lineage, and similarities between 1940's bebop and 1960's funk / rock, and current day Hip Hop. Presented by Kareem Kandi World Orchestra, funded by the City of Tacoma/Tacoma Creates, and hosted by Tacoma Public Library.
