**SWING II (INTERMEDIATE COURSE) Group Class – 6 Weeks** THURSDAYS at 7pm – commencing on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26th, 2026 6 consecutive Thursdays at 7pm Cost: **$89 per Person for 6 Weeks (1 person)** **$178 per Person for 6 Weeks (couple)** **👞👠 Shoes/Clothing** \- clothing should comfortable and suitable for dancing/moving; please bring a change of clean/dry shoes \(not worn outside\); if you don't have dance shoes yet\, dress shoes are best; typical tennis shoes are worst \(they stick to the dance floor and prevent your feet from pivoting/turning\)\. CLASS LEVEL (INTERMEDIATE): PRE-REQUISITE: Basic/Bronze EAST COAST SWING \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **Swing** dance is a group of dances that developed with the swing style of jazz music in the 1920s–1940s, with the origins of each dance predating the popular “swing era”. During the swing era, there were hundreds of styles of swing dancing. East Coast Swing(ECS) is one of the most popular form of social partner dance. It is danced under fast swing music, including rock and roll and boogie-woogie.
