WHAT IS A SOUND BATH? A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie down comfortably while waves of sound from singing bowls, chimes, and ambient music wash over you. No experience needed — just show up, lie back, and let the vibrations do the work. WHAT TO EXPECT • 60-90 minute guided sound healing session • Brief opening meditation and intention setting • Deep relaxation through therapeutic sound frequencies • Time for quiet reflection afterward WHAT TO BRING • Yoga mat and/or blanket to lie on • Pillow and eye mask (optional but recommended) • Water bottle • Layers — you may cool down while lying still • An open mind and a journal PRICING This is a community event with sliding scale pricing: • Suggested donation: $20 • Sliding scale: $10-30 — pay what feels right • No one turned away for lack of funds Payment accepted via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or cash at the event.
