Shuden Bar at The Irving is a new sushi pop-up serving hand-rolled sushi every Wednesday night. Guests can choose from a selection of sushi and hand rolls alongside several sake offerings, including a sake flight designed for exploring different styles. The name Shuden is a nod to the lively clusters of bars and eateries found outside train stations throughout Japan. The concept also pays homage to Boston’s own railroad history: the Boston & Albany Railroad once ran directly alongside The Lenox Hotel at the turn of the 20th century. LEARN MORE HERE
