About this event
Doors 3:00pm, Show 4:00pm Join us at Edmond Town Hall on Sunday, November 8, for a special evening with Emmy Award-winning actress and television icon Susan Lucci as she discusses her new memoir, La Lucci. Best known for her legendary portrayal of Erica Kane on All My Children, Lucci has captivated audiences for decades. In La Lucci, the follow-up to her New York Times bestselling memoir All My Life, she offers an intimate reflection on love, loss, gratitude, personal reinvention, and the strength it takes to embrace life’s unexpected turns. Filled with warmth, humor, and honesty, the memoir features nearly 100 never-before-seen photographs and a special chapter titled “Thank You for Asking,” in which Lucci answers the questions she receives most often from fans. Lucci will be joined in conversation by Suzy DeYoung and Lee Shull for a memorable discussion about her remarkable career, her life beyond the spotlight, and the experiences that inspired her new book. Over the course of her celebrated career, Lucci has earned an Emmy Award, a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Daytime Emmys, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She is also a passionate advocate for women’s heart health and an ambassador for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women movement. Copies of La Lucci will be available for purchase at the event, provided Byrd’s Books. Following the conversation, Susan Lucci will sign books for attendees. Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
