Children step into a bright summer world where the forest is buzzing, the sun is high, and every movement tells a story. This yoga class, led by Maritza Alcoreza, blends movement, mindfulness, and imaginative play to help kids build regulation skills, body awareness, and joy in being outdoors -- even when we're inside.
