Join us for yoga on the beach. Classes are open level and donation. Please give what you can to our little tribe. During the summer please bring plenty of water, wear light clothing, and maybe bring your suit to jump in after. In the cooler months we recommend bringing layers and maybe a cover up for savasana as it could still be a bit chilly out there. Since the beach yoga schedule is always changing I also send out a weekly email with the dates/times/location.
