Join us for yoga on the beach. If your new to Beach Yoga please check out our blog Charleston Beach Yoga: Our Tips for Maximizing Your Experience ( https://serenitytreeyoga.com/tips-to-maximize-your-beach-yoga-experience/ ) We recommend bringing an extra large towel or mat (your preference),and water. Classes are open level and donation. Please give what you can to our little tribe. During the summer please bring plenty of water, wear light clothing, and maybe bring your suit to jump in after. In the cooler months we recommend bringing layers and maybe a cover up for savasana as it could still be a bit chilly out there. Please like and follow us on FB/IG for the most up to date info I will also post any last minute cancellations due to weather there. I don't always have the ability to update here. Since the beach yoga schedule is always changing I also send out a weekly email with the dates/times/location.
