Sunset Sound Meditation

This fall, experience sound meditation at the Garden in a peaceful sunset setting. Let the soothing melodies of singing bowls and gongs transport you to a state of pure relaxation, meditation and renewed well-being. Participants can be seated or lying down for the entirety of the class, creating a comfortable space to pause and reconnect with yourself. After class, enjoy a sunset stroll and see illuminated trails at Fall Garden After Dark. Don’t forget to bring a mat. After class, enjoy a sunset stroll and experience the entire Garden.
