Ooo, what a ride Sunset Breathwork has been. I (Melissa) was called to this beautiful piece of land on the The Nelson-Atkins Museum lawn in 2020 when there were no studios open for me to share breathwork in. The land and I have formed a beautiful symbiotic relationship and it taught me everything I needed to know to hold space and facilitate large group healing experiences. Over 2000 people have breathed on this land, with me as their guide. Whew! That's a lotta breath, healing, expansion, love and connection. Join me for the **Forever Finale** on September 8th A powerful outdoor community experience on the lawn of the Nelson-Atkins Museum Join us on select Tuesday evenings this summer for Sunset Breathwork — a powerful outdoor experience led by professional breathwork facilitator Melissa Saubers. Together, we'll gather in community under the open sky to reconnect, release, and realign with our inner guidance system. No experience necessary.
