The Sunny Side Jazz Brunch | Sunday, April 12, 2026 | 11 am - 2 pm Acadiana Center for the Arts presents The Sunny Side Jazz Brunch, a benefit for the arts in Acadiana at the home of Carolyn and Kip Schumacher. Celebrate the spring in your seersuckers, spring dresses and festive hats in this art-filled brunch on the lawn. The Sunny Side Jazz Brunch calls to the experiences of legendary Creole Jazz brunches at Commander’s Palace and Brennan’s and features a performance of classic New Orleans tunes from the Preservation Hall All Stars. All funds raised from the Sunny Side Jazz Brunch will support the AcA’s performing arts programs in bringing national acts of music, dance, and theater to Lafayette, as well as the expansion of AcA’s Arts in Education work to new schools and parishes around the rural regions of Acadiana. Tickets and Sponsor Tables: Tickets are on sale to the public February 9, 2026. Sponsorship includes valet parking with a champagne welcome at the home of Carolyn and Kip, along with premium reserved seating and champagne provided at each table.
