We aren’t letting the cooler weather keep us inside and antsy this fall, so we’re throwing a small speakeasy pop-up, in tribute to the late “Dirty” Helen Cromwell, founder & owner of the Sunflower Inn Speakeasy (1926-1960). Helen was known for her sassy mouth, conniving ways, and love of whiskey. That’s why our barrel strength bourbon and rye are known under her namesake, Dirty Helen. Swing by the Production Floor at Great Lakes Distillery on Friday, Nov 13th for our Sunflower Inn Speakeasy pop-up for Dirty Helen Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon and Rye specialty cocktails and spirit samples.
