
Sunday Roast
Our Sunday Roast is our take on a long-standing Irish and Scottish tradition. A time to gather at the table, share a slow-cooked meal, and settle into the rhythm of the farm. Join us for an early evening on the Ridge, where a plated roast is served with seasonal, farm-grown sides. Meats rotate based on what’s in season and on pasture, with selections like lamb, chicken, and pork, each thoughtfully prepared by our culinary team. Throughout the evening, our chefs carve and plate just steps from the table, offering a closer look at the craft behind each dish. Alcoholic beverages are available à la carte. Families are warmly welcomed, with a dedicated kid-friendly station and menu for younger guests. Make a day of it on the Ridge.
