Sunday Night Kirtan and Vegetarian Dinner

Start the week off right with our Sunday night kirtan meditation, and vegetarian dinner! This program is a great way to relax, focus inward, and spend time getting to know others who are interested in making positive changes in their lives. Kirtan is a clearly guided, group meditation practice using yoga mantras accompanied by live acoustic music. It is a relaxing and centering practice which leaves one in a peaceful condition of mind and heart. Everything for the meal is provided. Meals will almost always be fully vegan. We accept donations if you would like to help us cover the costs of putting on the events, but there is no obligation. All of our events are FREE.
