Sunday Morning Yoga at Lake of the Isles

The Twin Cities Yoga Cooperative invites you to another season of Sunday Morning Yoga. During the first part of the summer, class will be held on the south side of Lake of the Isles near the canoe rack in the vicinity of the dog park. All levels of experience are welcome! Class will begin at 10:00 AM. For insurance purposes, I ask everyone who has not signed an online waiver in the past to sign one prior to their first class. Please note, Lake of the Isles Parkway is a one way street and if you are traveling from the west and reach the stop sign to Bde Maka Ska Parkway, you have passed the class location. Bikes can be stored in front of class or nearby your yoga mat. Type of Yoga Class and Intensity: This is a Vinyasa style class, which means a series of postures combined with your breath. Expect to burn around 200 calories with moderate intensity. There may be a potential for some difficulty with certain postures. If the class become difficult or you have some physical limitations, modifying a yoga posture is always encouraged.
