This weekly gathering is designed to help you shift your state of consciousness, release stress, and find relief from physical and emotional discomfort. We will begin with a peaceful guided imagery journey. This practice is designed to help ease pain and quiet the mind, allowing you to move to a relaxed and expanded state of awareness. We will then allow for a brief, open discussion. The goal is to create a supportive space to share what you experienced, ask questions or simply connect to others as we anchor the energies of the healing session. Whether you are looking to manage pain, reduce anxiety, or simply start your week from a place of grounded peace, this hour is for you.
