**Dancing Your Depths** is an **imaginative relational movement practice**, where each class is a thoughtfully guided journey of music, imagery, somatic exploration, and movement conversations. From the playful to the profound, this is an experimental space to **explore the full spectrum of your movement**—the wild, the weird, the expansive, and the subtle. **Connect with yourself, with others, and with the embodied intelligence** that emerges when we share a dance floor with creativity and curiosity. There’s time to both **dive deep into your own inner landscape** and immerse in the quiet choreography unfolding between us—moving alongside one another, witnessing, responding, and **discovering how our individual dances can become part of something larger**. There are no steps or counts to learn, but the practice is scaffolded by a loose framework that serves as a container for our explorations.
