About this event
What stories are waiting to be unearthed from the material of your everyday life? Through meditation, sensory awareness, and guided writing exercises, we'll explore how to use intuition to liberate the stories longing to be told. Participants will leave with new writing, practical tools for generating material, and embodied practices they can return to long after the workshop ends.
