Promotion rules are available at the Player’s Club and online at jakes58.com. Rules: This promotion is open to Jake’s 58 Player’s Club Members who are earn 75 points. Members must earn 75 points during the Promotional Period on any Video Lottery Terminal gaming machine to qualify for the Reward. Once 75 points are earned, $20 Food Credit will be automatically loaded onto the Member’s account. Limit one (1) redemption per Qualified Member. General: Must be a Jake’s 58 Player’s Club Member. Membership is free to those who are 18 years or older that can present a valid state or federally issued picture I.D. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented prior to receiving Prize.
