About this event
Explore the ancient Japanese art of Suminagashi, the traditional technique of paper marbling. Watch floating inks swirl into beautiful, one-of-a-kind patterns, then transfer your designs onto paper to create wonderfully marbled foundations for greeting cards, framed artwork, bookmarks, or other handmade keepsakes.No experience is necessary. All materials are included. Capacity: 12 students. Minimum: 4 students. Ages: 13+ (students 6-12yrs may register with an adult also taking the workshop).
