About this event

Teen Space - Main Library. Student Success is a workshop series designed to help high school and early college students develop the skills they need to thrive academically. Through interactive activities and practical tips, participants will learn strategies for effective studying, staying focused, and managing stress. Each session builds a personal success toolkit so students can approach their schoolwork with confidence and clarity. Learn the foundations of college-level research by exploring how to develop strong research questions, evaluate sources, navigate databases, and organize evidence effectively. Participants will gain practical strategies for applying the research lifecycle to strengthen essays, improve academic confidence, and build skills essential for college success (whether applicable now or in the near future).
