Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you already carry for calming the mind and resetting your nervous system. - What if you could shift out of stress in just a few minutes? - How does the way we breathe affect how we feel? - Can a simple daily practice really change how we handle pressure, anxiety, and overwhelm? - And how do you actually get started? Come find the answers โ and experience the difference for yourself โ at our Stress Less, Live More session! The session is 60 minutes long and includes 20โ25 minutes of guided breath-work and meditation designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease. At the end, for participants who wish to go deeper, we also offer a chance to sign up for an optional 3-day paid breath-work and meditation workshop.
