In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll combine calming breathwork, gentle movement, and restorative practices designed to ease stress and support relaxation. You’ll also be introduced to simple tools and techniques you can continue using in daily life to help cultivate greater calm and balance. We’ll close with a guided meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, rested, and restored.
