S.T.R.E.A.M.: Batty for Bats

Lake Helen Public Library Meeting Room. S.T.R.E.A.M. is an interactive multi-literacy program that integrates Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and Math concepts aimed at developing innovation, imagination, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. School age children are introduced to the building blocks of one or more S.T.R.E.A.M. learning concepts through exploratory hands-on activities in a fun and educational environment. Discover the amazing world of bats while exploring science, technology, engineering, art, and math through a fun, hands-on craft. Participants will learn fascinating facts about these important nighttime pollinators and insect eaters before creating their own bat.
