About this event
We all grow up with stories. But have you ever wondered what truth inspired the folklore? Join Ozark folklorist and author Brandon Weston as he recounts his journey to document and explain the magical mysteries of the hills and hollers. His work with Ozark healers and storytellers breaks through the barriers separating fairytale from memory, academic study from lived truth. For almost twenty years, Weston has worked hard to preserve and pass down Ozark folk traditions for generations to come. For disability accommodations, call 479.856.7250 or email questions@faylib.org 2-3 weekdays before a program. Plan your visit by viewing our building map and details on accessibility services.
