About this event
Port Orange Regional Library. Storytime in the Park is an interactive outdoor literacy program designed for children ages 2-5 and their caregivers. Families are invited to enjoy stories, rhymes, and music in a relaxed park setting that supports early literacy development, including vocabulary, comprehension, and print awareness, while encouraging community connection and outdoor engagement. Storytime in the Park is held at City Center Park, located across from the library, on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. from fall through spring. Participants are encouraged to bring a towel or blanket, a portable chair, sunglasses, and water for comfort. Programs may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Provided in partnership with Port Orange Parks & Recreation.
