Most people already know what they should have said. They freeze in the moment. This is a live intro class for people who people-please, over-explain, go quiet, or give in when someone pushes. You will practice saying no and holding a boundary under controlled pressure — then decide if the full program is for you. This **is not** therapy. This **is not** a seminar you sit through. This **is** practice.
