Meeting room. Join Michael Magee an award-winning writer for radio, dance, and poetry having served nationally as Artist-in-Residence and sits on the Seattle Art Commission, Arts & Aging Team. He will read from his various works and share his experiences with his wife Jean who lived with dementia symptoms for 5 years and his observations on the profound effects of nature on her health. Who is this for? Anyone who wants to join a safe space to explore the social, psychological and emotional impacts of thinking about dementia. Living with dementia and preventing dementia. Hear poetry of experiences of life.
