Prog Supergroup STICK MEN (Tony Levin, Pat Mastelotto, Markus Reuter) Announces Their First Full-Length Studio Album in a Decade: Let’s THRAK Again “A telepathic masterclass in modern instrumental rock.” — The Return of STICK MEN Exactly ten years after their dark, influential 2016 masterpiece Prog Noir, the unparalleled progressive powerhouse STICK MEN is back. ComprisingKing Crimson’s legendary rhythm section—bassist Tony Levin and drummer Pat Mastelotto—alongside touch-guitar maestro and composer Markus Reuter, the trio has announced their highly anticipated new studio album: Let’s THRAK Again Arriving 31 years after King Crimson’s watershed 1995 album THRAK, this new record is a profound tribute, fully sanctioned and supported by King Crimson founder Robert Fripp. Stick Men featuring Tony Levin on Chapman Stick, Pat Mastelotto on drums, and Markus Reuter on touch guitar. As veterans of King Crimson and other notable bands, they bring exceptional musicianship and a spirit of improvisation and experimentation to their music. Tony Levin (stick, vocals) – Born in Boston, Tony Levin started out in classical music, playing bass in the Rochester Philharmonic. Then moving into jazz and rock, he has had a notable career, recording and touring with King Crimson, John Lennon, Pink Floyd, Yes, Alice Cooper, Paul Simon, Seal and many more. He has also released 5 solo CDs and three books of photography and poetry. In addition to touring with Stick Men, he is currently a member of BEAT and Peter Gabriel’s band (since 1977), and jazz bands Levin Brothers (with his older brother Pete Levin) and L’Image (with Steve Gadd, Mike Manieri, David Spinozza, Warren Bernhard).
