About this event
William Jeanes Community Room. In this program children in grades 1-5 will apply principles of aerodynamics, propulsion, and design to build and test rockets made from cardstock and craft materials. Children will be commissioned to help launch the town’s first space exploration program by developing a high-performing rocket prototype. Through this hands-on challenge, students will investigate flight stability, thrust, and iterative design while documenting their engineering process and analyzing launch results. Registration is required.
