Register Here Workshop Details In this hands-on workshop, students in grades 3 and 5 will learn the art of paper quilling, a fun craft technique that transforms colorful paper into intricate shapes, patterns, and designs. Experiment with rolling, shaping, and layering paper to create colorful 3-D cards or unique paper sculptures. Get creative and make something you can be proud to take home! Program Deposit Policy This is a free program for those who attend. Because of the limited number of students, you will be charged $25 upon registration. Your deposit will be refunded less credit card processing fees upon attendance or notification of inability to attend sent to mpastel@westportlibrary.org a week before the program starts AND if we can fill your spot.
