They set up at dusk in the day-use parking lot, which is just to the right after you enter the campground. There is a nice first quarter moon near zenith and the planet Mars. Also look for the two stars Castor and Pollux nearby. Jupiter is still visible in the West over the mountains. The Winter constellations are almost gone, so catch a last look at the constellation Orion with its large star forming region. This is a good night to see the Double Cluster in Perseus. This is a set of open clusters close together in the constellation Perseus in the direction of Cassiopeia.
