carpool to Berthoud pass and hike 4miles to Summit of Stanley mountain, 8 miles round trip. I like this hike because the last mile is a gentle up and down to the summit . It's still a nice workout it's about a 1200ft elevation gain.Let's toast our success together at a restaurant in Idaho Springs.
