Spring Formal 2026

Join us for Spring Formal, Bethany’s biggest event of the year! This year we want this event as fancy as possible, and we want you to dress your very best – Black Tie attire encouraged. Celebrate with the entire Bethany family (students, faculty, staff, guests) with food, socializing, dancing, door prizes, and MORE! Where: The Venue, 1850 Madison Ave, Mankato When: Friday, April 24, 2026. 5:00 pm: Mocktail Hour 6:00 pm: Banquet 7:30-11 pm: Dance Menu: Green Bean Almandine, Baby Red Mashed Potatoes, and Arugula Salad, with your choice of entrée: Bruschetta Chicken (Gluten Friendly), Bourbon Soy Glazed Tri-Tip, or Eggplant Portobello Strata (Vegan) Cost: The cost for this event is $15 for BLC students, faculty, and staff, or $25 for Non-BLC guests.
