Spring Flower Suncatcher With Kathy Mina

Sunday, April 19, 2026- 1-2:30 pm Capture the essence of Spring with a Spring Flower Suncatcher. Students will create Floral designs in a round or square shape using fused glass. Students can learn how to cut their glass or use pieces already cut. After creating your sun catcher, Sycamore Shades Studios will fire it in a glass fusing kiln. In approximately 1 week, you will pick up your sun catcher at the millworks in Studio 317, Sycamore Shades Studio. The time that you take to create your art is approximate and will depend on the design that you choose. The time is usually about 1.5 hours The class fee is $45.00 and includes fuse glass, supplies needed in glass art, firing of glass, and a chain or cord for hanging. Classes are for ages 12 and up * Ages 8-11 are welcome with an adult. Taught by Kathy Mina of Sycamore Shades Studios.
