Mel Vernon (Tribal Captain, San Luis Rey Band of Mission Indians) and Faustino Fredericks formed Spiritual Wind to share their proud Luiseño heritage. They will share the gift of song through several kinds of flutes in this concert. This program is made possible by the generous support of the Friends of the Del Mar Library.
