We’re going back to school and bringing our popular Spelling Bee Showdown event back this Fall! The Spelling Bee Showdown is a new twist on the standard spelling bee competition, with a dash of trivia cooked up by the creative minds at Lakefront Brewery! Bring your Scrabble expert friends to Lakefront Brewery Beer Hall on Thursday, October 1st at 6:30pm to test your collective spelling mastery against other skilled teams for a chance to win Lakefront gift cards. Winners of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will receive $50, $25, and $15 gift cards respectively. All week long (10/1 – 10/7), we will be offering guest donation opportunities to the Milwaukee Public School Foundation. The showdown will get underway at 6:30PM, limited reservations are available HERE, all other seating will be first come, first served. The kitchen will be serving hot and fresh eats with award-winning beverages available at the bar. There is no cost to enter and all guests must be 21+ unless accompanied by a parent. *If you cannot make it in for you reservation, please let us know! *We will hold reservations for 15 minutes, then tables will be given up. *For parties over 8 guests, please call 414-372-8800. It is recommended that larger groups split into two teams.
