Youth Program Space. Enjoy Halloween-themed books, songs, and rhymes alongside your toddlers and preschoolers. Do you feel like wearing a costume? That sounds fun to us, too! Families with children of all ages are welcome. Children ages 18 months – 6 years old will enjoy it best. Join us in the Youth Services Program Space (2nd floor) at Round Rock Public Library.
