SPARK! Andy Warhol and Pop Art

Join us for SPARK!, a creative engagement program designed for individuals with memory loss and their care partners. This program explores the vibrant art of Andy Warhol, whose work helped to define the pop art movement. Together, we’ll consider Warhol’s experimentation with repetition and color. What was he trying to communicate? What do his pieces make us feel, wonder, or think about? Participants will then choose a color palette for their own Warhol-inspired image, and we’ll combine our images to create our own version of Warhol’s serial-image style.
