Sourdough Workshop - September 20th $125.00 In this in-person class, you'll be given a sourdough starter and learn all of the steps to bake a gorgeous loaf of sourdough bread in your own kitchen! In this class, you will learn: • How to maintain your sourdough starter • How to incorporate sourdough starter to make your bread • We'll learn the no-knead method • All the steps to successfully bake sourdough at home Class structure: • Introduction to the ingredients • Live demonstration • Interactive hands-on stirring up your Sourdough • We'll also bake Sourdough together so you can see it in all four stages start to finish! (Fees cover ingredients, tools, sourdough starter to take home, a sourdough loaf to bake at home, and recipe printouts.) Max Limit: 10 people Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. *No refunds because supplies are purchased ahead of time.
