Bloomfield - Theater, Bloomfield Public Library. Slow down, connect, and explore the meaning of bread as nourishment, tradition, and an expression of love. Inspired by Bread Is Love by Pooja Makhijani, this gathering combines a thoughtful reading with a hands-on introduction to sourdough. Participants will learn the basics of starting and caring for a sourdough starter—and take one home to continue the ritual in their own kitchen. Registration required.
