Ho-Ho-Kus - Library, Ho-Ho-Kus's Worth-Pinkham Memorial Library. By popular demand, we've added a second Sourdough Breadmaking Workshop. Learn how to feed and care for a sourdough starter and the basics of mixing, folding, shaping, and fermenting dough. Taste samples and get hands-on practice with sourdough techniques so you can prepare your own dough to take home and bake! Presented by Kelly Filan of Sourdough Sweetie Bakery in Ridgewood. Ho-Ho-Kus residents only.
